Where is best to stay in the Cebu, Philippines? I am going to Cebu in July for one week. I want to be by a beach where I can do some scuba diving. I have read that Moalboal is the best area. Has anyone stayed at the cottages of the Boracay Beach Resort? I got a very good rate from them but I haven't seen the place or read that many reviews. Their website only features their suites.
