Enderts Beach and other Secluded Beaches

What are some quiet, secluded beaches in Europe?

We're looking to get away somewhere quiet for 2 days and are wondering what would be recommended for a quiet, beach vacation. We'd rather do a bed and breakfast or rent a room in a villa than go to a hotel. We're considering France, Italy, Spain, Croatia, Montenegro and anything in between. Thanks!

1. Croatia is certainly worth for checking out (Makarska especially), as is Portoroz and Piran which both are in the neighbouring country Slovenia.
