where in the phill would be the best place for nightlife-resorts -beaches-and resturants-like bikini bars-?

dicco's -bands-and KTV bars---and malls-shopping?-i would like to meet a local phill girl to-after my first week of experiencing the nightlife---boracay has to many tourists--maybe cebu city?--
