1. LOL Like beaches where you can be alone? Nowhere. Just about every beach in SoCal gets very crowded this time of year. It's just a matter of supply and demand. Too many people, not enough beach. One thing you can try is to go to the "edge" of the beach. Many beaches get very crowded around a central point. For example, Santa Monica Beach is most crowded around the pier. If you go as far away as possible from the pier, it's much less crowded. There are some beaches south of Laguna, around Crystal Cove, that are somewhat secluded ans less crowded.

3. Oh my gosh, you've got to be kidding me. There is no beach that's secluded! Pismo Beach can get less crowded during the weekday and even right there there's lots of people.
