Enderts Beach and other Secluded Beaches

is cebu white sands, cordova reef village, tambuli, and cebu beach club a three star beach resort?

1. tambuli may be a two star , but transportation to and from is quite a big problem
2. Waddie J is only half right. The taxis love to take you there but once there they KNOW you are stranded and will soak you good to take you back.
3. I have stayed at the Tambuli resort. It might be two star. The restaurant is poor. The beach is just coral and rock at resort. The sister resort next door does have a sandy beach. The rooms are fine. The pool is nice. It is isolated from the rest of Cebu. There are boats there that can take you to good spots to snorkle. Also jet ski rental is available. I would expect other resorts to also have boats and jet ski rental available. I stayed on Mactan Island the entire time, so taxi prices were not a problem. I would recommend the Shangri-La resort. I had dinner there one night. It was great buffet with everything you could immagine. The Shangri-La has several restaurants. The one I went to was Italian. It was not a cheap dinner. You paid an American nice restaurant price for the dinner. It is a beautiful resort. The Plantation Bay resort is also supposed to be very nice.
