Where is the best beach in dalaguete cebu?

I'm looking for a beach resort to stay in while visiting friends in Southern Cebu.

1. Tops is Ocean Bay Resort. I have been there. It is comfortable, and described by locals as "luxurious" (an exaggeration). http://www.oceanbaybeachresort.com/rooms.htm Further away, near the next town of Aragao, is the Argao Beach Club. This is also a high-end accommodation, and was considered one of the premiere resorts in the whole of Cebu.
