Enderts Beach and other Secluded Beaches

Is there any place in the world like this??

A beautiful tropical place, maybe an island or maybe not, just somewhere tropical with beaches and beautiful trees and plants. Somewhere safe to live in with friendly and welcoming people. Somewhere that doesn't have stupid rules or things such as a "2 child policy". Somewhere that is not expensive to live and the prices for things aren't sky high (such as Hawaii). Is there anywhere like this!??
