1. it is nice beach. i don't know the entrance fee but buffy is P350.
2. Yes,I've been there last year. I forgot but an overnight stay in their room is around PHP1,800-PHP3,000 with free cottage for the hotel guests but if only you're going to rent a beach cottage it's around PHP3OO-PHP500 or less than PHP1,000. <*-*> For more informations: [032] 492-3209
