Budget stay in Cebu for Christmas vacation away from the City.?

Any suggestion on which place we could stay in Cebu this Christmas? What if we would stay in Moalboal, do you now any beach resort there that is good? Or maybe somewhere else beautiful.

3. Try Bantayan Island. <*-*> Kota Beach Resort...their casitas are nice, basic and roomy and white sand beach are also nice.. When I went their last year. We just pay below PHP 1,000 per overnight stay on their casita and we've stayed there for 4 days. or you can go to Malapascua Island... the so-called mini Boracay. Their are a lot of affordable beach front cottages/resorts back there. (Budget is PHP 800 to !,500 cottage for two persons with breakfast already).
4. I actually stayed at Golden Peak. Nice clean hotel, and it's new. Spent Php2000 per night. Not a bad deal. Near Ayala Center. But if you want the beach and diving, go for what the gals says...
