Hotels and Resorts in or around Cebu?

I am preferably looking for an affordable ($0-$100 USD) per night place that is nice to stay, located on the beach or not more than a half hour from a good beach. Basically, the best deal for the money. Know of any places I haven't already found on the net? A lot of the expensive tourist ones are listed(mostly on Mactan Island) but maybe there are some I haven't found. Thanks.

4. Check to the online booking they have a great cheap packages at travelocity
5. If you want a hotel/resort below $100 go to Tambuli Beach Club, Cebu Beach Club, Costabella, White Sands it's priced at $80. But be sure to say you are Philippine Resident, if not well they have a different rate for foreigners. Try Plantation Bay, it's a really great resort, in lean season they have a Philippine Resident promo rate of $100 for a family room good for 4 persons, that's the cheapest, they priced as high as $400.
