Enderts Beach and other Secluded Beaches

What are the most beautiful beaches in Mexico?

I've been to Cancun already, and thought it was beautiful, planning a trip this year but don't know where. Basically doing a lot of sightseeing and few water activities, shopping, not really into partying. Will be staying 7 nights.

  1. there are none.
  2. Cabo San Lucas is absolutely gorgeous. Been to Cancun, Playa Del Carmen, Cozumel, and Cabo - Cancun is fun for the partying type but Cabo was my favorite. Make sure you book a boat trip (we did a glass bottom boat/ snorkel trip) where you see this: http://www.cabosanlucas-rentals.com/arco22cabo.jpg (forget what it's called-sorry) We also did a horseback riding excursion which was amazing. We were in between the beach, marshlands, and mountains. Word of warning: the water is notoriously cold there. Or you could try Playa Del Carmen, which is near the ruins (Chichen Itza and such) if you're into that. Tulum is closer to the ruins but I haven't stayed there.
  3. Playa del Carmen.
  4. Try Ixtapa next to Zuihantinuea ( ? ),, actually so close to one another I consider them one in the same. Pie de la Cuesta , 20 mins. north of Acapulco is my hangout. Huge deserted beach that goes for as far as the eye can see. Laid back atmosphere - no tourists really. Large fresh water lake to do water sports a quarter mile from beach. Do ocean and fresh water in a quarter mile walk across the street.
  5. I've always enjoyed the miles and miles of deserted sandy beaches between Todas Santos and Cabo on the Pacific Coast side of Southern Baja California. So perfect, not a soul in sight, many areas perfectly unspoiled. Don't swim, though, as riptides are quite strong along that coastline.
  6. Some other well known beaches are Puerto Vallarta which is on the same latitude at Hawaii, Los Cabos San Lucas (Cabo) which is at the tip of the Baja peninsula.
  7. Cancun, Puerto Escondido
