Enderts Beach and other Secluded Beaches

Where can myself and 3 friends visit in August in Europe thats cultural yet has beautiful beaches?

4. Athens Greece is at its peak around August and the Epidaurus festival in full. Many beaches surround the city.
5. Croatia - Dubrovnik. It's beautiful and really cheap.
6. PORTUGAL! actually, the Azores Islands are in portugal, but are one of the most expensive areas. If you are on a budget, stick to the continent. All over west and south is the Atlantic =).
7. Nice, Barcelona, Lisbon, Naples
8. Spain is an amazing place, very culteral and has pretty beaches, plus you could take a ferry to morrocco for the day wich is very culteral and just an awsome place to go. greece is amzing also, very pretty beaches and great atmospher.
