Enderts Beach and other Secluded Beaches

Does Delaware have any beautiful private beaches--whats the weather like there?

I'm writing a book and i would like my character to live by the ocean--fairly warm weather year round, i dont want a really popular place like california or florida, i want it to be quiet. i want them to live on beachfront property so in a sense yes it has to be private..

1. Does it have to be private, or just quiet and beautiful. Rehoboth Beach.
2. All beaches in Delaware are public and must have public access. The weather is rather chilly from December through March. Most beaches are not quiet in the summer.
