Looking for the best all inclusive beach resorts - can you help?
My girlfriend and I are looking for a really great, all inclusive beach resort we can go to and have a great vacation. We're looking for some place where there aren't too many little kids runnig amuck, and also where there isnt a heavy crazy spring break frat party vibe (though we'd probably want to go out one or two nights) - but mostly we're just looking for somewhere we can go to relax and get away from it all and not have to worry about anything for a short while. do you have any suggestions?

- I had my honeymoon at the Sandals resort in Jamaica. It's couples only, but not "adult" themed like Hedonism. Very fun and relaxing.
- Sandals, adults only, all inclusive
- I went to Melia Cabo Real in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico last summer and had a lot of fun. Free food (good food!), unlimited free alcohol, great rooms made out of solid marble and plenty of privacy and space. Cabo is sort of a 'party town' but not a frat style party town at all. More of the old fashioned drink - listen to music - dance - have fun party town. It's expensive down there though... lots of rich people like to hang around Cabo.
- mexico
- Personally, I would recommend the Dominican Republic. It is a great resort island. In particular, Punta Cana is a wonderful city with a great variety of hotels. You can check on hotels on www.tripadvisor.com, to get unbiased reviews. If you are looking for hotels without any kids, some hotels have age requirements. As for chains, I believe most Sandals resorts have 18+ requirement. good luck and have fun!
- Based solely on my husband's insistence, we went to Sandals Jamaica all-inclusive Couples only resort towards August (our anniv.) and it was without a doubt the best time of my life. No worries about money, very nice staff, great rooms, great food, no kids, no stress, awesome water and wonderful other activities to participate in. We went through Liberty Travels. It was worth every penny. I have had similar feedback from friends since.
- Siesta Key, FL
- Sandals in Montego Bay Jamaica ( 18 and up only )
- I go to the Reef Club in Cozumel once a year. Great food, great drinks, a few kids, but they have an adult section of the resort. Not a place where the underage kids go. I'm 26 and over that too. I think you'll like it. Great place for divers too!
- aventura palace in mexico. all inc, no kids, unlikely to hav frat party going on. lovely food ,service etc double jacuzzi in each room, fresh flowers in room every day really really lovely. probably the only place i would consider going back to .
