1. not really secluded, but some nice beaches. alki beach.
2. not really. -alki beach is fun. but most popular beaches are going to have lots of people.. unless you travel somewhere on the coastline and find a place.. but most beaches are going to have people.. bummer...i wish it was like hawaii! lol.
