3. The Marriot is the best hotel to stay in Cebu City. Plantation Bay is a popular resort, but too commercial. Alegre Beach Resort is more luxurious; the cottages are more private.
4. Try waterfront in lahug. They have a casino too if you want to gamble. Rooms are about $80/night A nice private resort is Maribago in Mactan. Rooms starts at $70, and yes , this is beach front. (this is an exclusive beach for guests only)
