Try Sanya in Hainan province China. The property is still reasonable to buy , apartment or villa. The beaches are world class and the hotels are 5 STAR.
not around here, the only beaches here are full of salt and have the pollution from kennecott in them. and did I forget to mention all the bryne shrimp.. go south of the border, turn right head for the nearest condo. that over looks the ocean, andmake sure it has electricity. don't go south too far, or you will find that the condo looks like a barn, and the power is generated by candle light. or you could go find you some sweet island somewhere in the bahama's or the bermuda triangle. just kidding. I hear that the islands are nice to be on in the south pacific. I was born on one, but I don't recall any memories. just the dream to go back and buy land on it one day.. being a native , I can do that.
